Jennifer Copley: Writing and Editing Principal
Jennifer is a writer, editor, researcher, and teacher with more than fifteen years’ experience. She has degrees in Creative Writing and Education from the University of British Columbia, and is TESOL-certified. Her writing has been published both online and in print. Her recent projects include producing technology industry white papers, preparing project charters for technology initiatives, writing and editing case studies and profiles in the fields of technology and psychology, writing and editing press releases, crafting business plans, creating and editing Web content, magazine writing and editing, curriculum design, writing assessment, ghostwriting, and research article writing. Her personal fields of interest include education, psychology, IT innovation, fitness, health, and nutrition.
Kay Cahill: Research Principal
Kay is an information specialist and writer with thirteen years’ experience in the information profession in Canada and the UK. She is a graduate of the Information Studies program at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, and has been published in a number of professional journals on topics that include assistive technology and the impact of Google on the information profession. Her recent projects include developing and delivering IT and information literacy training programs, monitoring and reporting on technology trends, collaborating in the implementation of new technologies and software to enhance library services, market intelligence field studies and analysis, and project management and planning. Her areas of interest include IT developments and innovations, information literacy, website design and usability, information architecture, and the use of Web 2.0 technologies to enhance business processes and performance.
